Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support to the Sales team.
  • Identifying trends and new opportunities of the existing clients.
  • Pre & after-sales support. i.e. Issuing quotes and invoices to clients. Collect relevant documents from the clients and upload to CRM for the underwriting process. Analyze and follow client’s account activity and consumption and create monitoring alerts.
  • Ensure consistent input of information in the CRM and other systems and develop reporting routines.
  • Manage ongoing office operations, including day-to-day tasks.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience in operational / service-oriented roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree - preferable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew & English.
  • Service and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and data mining skills.
